Public website and File Hub request privacy
Privacy
Roadrunner Robotics OSL keeps the public website focused on adult contacts, school programs, and public information. Do not submit student names or private education records through public forms.
Information collected on the public site
The public Ghost website may receive adult contact details when someone emails Roadrunner, requests a quote, requests File Hub access, asks about grants, submits an event lead, or requests a school visit.
Typical public-contact information may include adult name, work email, school or organization, role, general project interest, estimated student account count, and a message. Do not include student names, student emails, student IDs, grades, photos, health information, disciplinary information, exact student location data, or confidential education records.
How requests are used
Requests are used to reply to adult contacts, coordinate school or program support, prepare quotes, discuss grant support, and review File Hub workspace requests. Public website forms should not be used to operate student accounts or collect student records.
File Hub separation
The File Hub is a separate authenticated system. File Hub workspaces should be used only after school or district approval, including any required parent/guardian consent, data protection agreement, retention rules, and deletion/export process. Schools remain responsible for FERPA and district policy decisions.
Analytics and third parties
Use privacy-respecting analytics only after review. Do not send student information, form message contents, File Hub filenames, or private school records to analytics systems. If third-party fonts, analytics, or forms are enabled, document them before public launch.
